WINEMAKER’S NOTES: An expressive Sauvignon that combines the intense citrus and tropical aromas of Sauvignon Blanc with the rich character and structure of Sauvignon Gris.
Appearance: Pale straw with hints of green.
Nose: Fragrant aromas of grapefruit, guava and passion fruit.
Palate: Ripe and citrus notes, fresh acidity with a hint of sweetness
Serving temperature: 6° to 9° C.
Food pairings: Especially recommended as an aperitif or to accompany seafood and fish
